Clients are responsible for providing accurate health, medication, allergy, skin history, pregnancy, and prior cosmetic tattoo information before treatment.

Kellee cosmetic ink may decline or postpone services when a contraindication, skin condition, medical concern, or incomplete disclosure could affect safety or results.
